On October 10th, Mashang Auto proudly celebrated the grand opening of our Ghana branch, marking an important step in our mission to bring high-quality Chinese vehicles and professional automotive services to West Africa. The launch of our Ghana office reflects not only our growing presence on the African continent but also our long-term commitment to serving customers with transparency, efficiency, and genuine after-sales support.

From the moment guests began arriving, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, music, and warm greetings. Our team welcomed government representatives, partners, car buyers, and community members who joined us to witness this milestone. The event began with a welcome address, followed by an opening prayer—a tradition that set a respectful and uplifting tone for the ceremony.

A Day Filled With Purpose, Vision & Connection
During her opening speech, Jennie Jiang, CEO of Mashang Auto, shared the company’s journey from a small export operation to an international automotive supplier trusted by thousands of customers. She explained the vision behind establishing the Ghana branch:
to create a more convenient, reliable, and customer-centered car purchasing experience for Ghanaian buyers.

As part of the program, invited guests also gave short remarks, expressing optimism about how Mashang Auto’s presence will benefit Ghana’s growing demand for high-quality Chinese vehicles such as BYD, Toyota, Changan, Geely, Jetour, and more.

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attendees toured the new office—designed to serve as a local hub for consultations, after-sales support, vehicle education, and customer engagement. One of the moments that deeply touched everyone happened quietly on the side, outside the official agenda.
A BYD Xia car owner, who was not our customer, visited our new office after hearing that Mashang Auto had officially launched in Ghana. His vehicle had unresolved issues related to system registration and the automatic parking feature, and his original supplier was unable to assist him.
Our technical team immediately assisted him, helping him register the car system and teaching him step-by-step how to operate the advanced parking function.
He was genuinely surprised and grateful:
“I didn’t buy my car from Mashang Auto, but you treated me like your own customer.”
